ProTrain, an MSEP partner over the last 3 years, continues to live up to its MSEP charter by hiring and promoting from within. Actively recruiting for sales personnel they refer to as “Training Assessment Mangers” or TAMs, ProTrain has remained steadfast in its commitment to recruit both Military Spouses and Veterans. Recent recruitments have started for Ft Hood, TX , Cp Pendleton, CA and MacDill AFB, FL where ProTrain plans to grow its school partners and business supporting training.
Additionally, ProTrain has recently promoted from within for the 2d time, for the same Military Spouse, naming Cortney as their new Sales & Registration Manager. Cortney is a Military Spouse currently living in Hopkinsville, KY. Her husband is in the Army proudly serving at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This past summer, Cortney moved her family unassisted from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, while her husband was deployed to Afghanistan. Her work ethic and deep understanding of ProTrain’s business made her the best candidate for this hiring action. Cortney has had many great military associations for well over 25 years. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science from Austin Peay State University. Cortney’s experience working in the university field with Kansas State University allows her to directly relate to university staff and students. She’s a strong advocate for military families, often volunteering her time in support of post organizations. She is the proud recipient of the Mary E Walker Award. The Dr. Mary E. Walker (the only female to have ever been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor) award is a reward for Army spouses whose achievements and performance merit special recognition. The award is a means of recognizing those who have contributed significantly to the quality of life for soldiers, exemplifying personal concern for the needs, training, development and welfare of soldiers and concern for families of Soldiers.
