Do you qualify for a scholarship as a military spouse? Find out now

Military spouses can qualify for thousands of dollars in scholarships toward their education to pursue licenses, certificates, certifications or associate degrees for a job in high-demand fields like healthcare, business and information technology.

With the new Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) Initiative, you could qualify for up to $4,000 of tuition assistance to start a new career, further your education or change jobs.

Do you qualify?

At ProTrain, personal Training Assessment Managers are available to guide you through the process, from registering to selecting a flexible program to fit your schedule. To get started, ask yourself these questions.

  • Are you married to a service member on active duty in pay grades E-1 to E-5, W-1 to W-2 and O-1 to O-2? (Spouses married to service members in paygrades E-6 and above, W-3 and above and O-3 and above are not eligible.)
  • Can you start and complete your coursework while your military sponsor is on Title 10 military orders? (This includes spouses married to members of the National Guard and reserve component in these same pay grades.)
  • Would you like to pursue a license, certificate, certification, training course or examination leading to an associate degree (excluding associate degrees in General Studies, Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies that do not have a concentration)?

If you answered “yes,” the MyCAA scholarship could be your ticket to a flexible education and a new career.

At ProTrain, our online classes are available with rolling start dates in a variety of fields, so classes are available whenever and wherever you choose. Browse the catalog of self-paced, portable courses at ProTrain’s own MyCAA portal.
