3 Types of Courses
Before getting into the ways that ProTrain supports students, let’s first talk about the three types of courses we offer. First is the online, self-paced course. This is a course students complete on their own schedule. Each course has a time limit (usually 12 months) and all course materials are accessed online. Students complete the work at their own pace and according to their own schedules.
Next up is the mentor-supported course. It is also an online course subject to completion on the student’s schedule. What makes it unique is the student’s access to a mentor. Students can ask questions, seek advice, and ask for guidance as they complete coursework.
Last but not least is the Live Online course. This is a course led by an instructor who teaches classes according to a predetermined schedule. Students attend the classes online. Between classes, there is coursework to complete.
