Presented are methods for dealing with unruly employees, the role of office politics, and listening techniques that are aimed at helping you understand what your boss is expecting. Lesson 4: Managing the Hard Parts
In this lesson, we take a look at some of the less pleasant parts of managing: disciplining employees, dealing with problem employees, and managing in times of change.
