6 Ways ProTrain Supports Students From Start to Finish

Here are six ways we support our students from start to finish:

1. Training Assessment Managers

It has been our experience that students need help to stay on track. To make sure that’s the case, we assign Training Assessment Managers throughout a student’s entire journey with us. These are skilled professionals who assist students before, during, and after their online training. Their main priority is to ensure that students succeed.

A Training Assessment Manager can help you define your course choices. Your manager will also monitor your progress and offer further assistance as needed.

2. Live Help and Support

ProTrain is both a company and an accredited online school. As such, we place heavy emphasis on customer service. Students have access to live help and support by way of our toll-free number operating during regular business hours. Students can also contact us via email and through our online contact form.

3. Course Materials and Support

We offer ongoing student support by way of materials we strive to keep updated. Because we produce and own 95% of our materials, we don’t have to wait for outside sources to update their offerings. We keep ours current as best we can.

Along with up-to-date course materials, we also offer additional support, including exam registration assistance and course completion extensions (when circumstances warrant). We don’t just sell you courses and then forget about you. We invest in your success through the policies and principles governing how we do business.

4. Ongoing Progress Reports

ProTrain uses a combination of automated and individual progress reports to keep students up to date on where they are. Many of our students find the progress reports highly motivating.

5. Flexible Learning Modalities

The biggest draw is found in our flexible learning modalities. The majority of our courses are offered online in a self-directed format. Students are given access to course materials for up to a year. They are free to complete coursework on their own schedule.

We also offer two additional modalities:

  • Instructor-Led – Instructor-led courses are presented with a variety of self-paced and traditional instructor materials. Instructors are available to answer questions and offer guidance.
  • Live Online – That Live Online modality is built around regularly scheduled classes that are taken online rather than in person. This is the most traditional way to obtain modern certifications.

6. Financial Assistance

Finally, we offer a number of financial assistance programs that help make online training more affordable. We also offer an interest-free payment plan for students who are not eligible for financial assistance.
