Choose Your Delivery Method
We adapt to your team’s schedule with two primary learning tracks:
- Live Online: 24 hours of expert instruction. We can deliver this in a concentrated 3-day burst or spread it across 2–4 weeks (6–16 hours/week) to fit your workflow.
- In-Person Hybrid: 2 days of intensive on-site training (16 hours), followed by 8 hours of applied assignments and a final Live Online debrief.
The Five Pillars of DAS
The Director of Athletic Safety program consists of five 24-hour modules, totaling 120 hours of specialized instruction. While the curriculum is designed to be taken as a comprehensive sequence, each course stands alone, allowing your organization to prioritize the topics that meet your immediate needs.
- Foundational Architecture (24 Hours): A technical entry into the landscape of modern sports safety.
- Biomechanical Foundations (24 Hours): Establishing the anatomical requirements necessary to safeguard athletes.
- Applied Kinesiology & Ergonomics (24 Hours): Analyzing body movement to optimize equipment protection for specific muscle groups.
- Technical Risk & Root-Cause Analysis (24 Hours): A deep dive into analytics to identify why incidents occur and how to prevent recurrence.
- Strategic Leadership (24 Hours): A capstone experience focused on executing high-level safety strategies across an entire organization.
