Live Online
30 hours of expert instruction. We can deliver this in a concentrated 3-day burst or spread it across 2–4 weeks (6–16 hours/week) to fit your workflow.
In-Person Hybrid
2 days of intensive on-site training (16 hours), followed by 8 hours of applied assignments and a final Live Online debrief.

DAS-1: Athletic Safety and Risk Management

The foundational entry point to the DAS series. Twelve modules establishing the DAS role and scope boundary, the 5-Step Risk Management Cycle, federal OSHA 29 CFR compliance in athletics, concussion and medical emergency response, NOCSAE equipment standards, athlete mental health referral (LAR protocol), defensible incident reporting, venue inspections, and a custom First-Season Safety Action Plan.
DAS-2: Anatomy and Physiology for the Sport Safety Professional
30 Hours / 3.0 CEUsSelf-Paced Online
Eleven body systems across 12 modules applied strictly to sideline recognition, protective equipment alignment, emergency triage (Sudden Cardiac Arrest, cervical spine, exertional heat stroke), and anatomical precision in incident documentation.
DAS-3: Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Ergonomics for the Sport Safety Professional
30 Hours / 3.0 CEUsSelf-Paced Online
Twelve modules covering mechanical loading forces, sport-specific injury mechanisms, tissue mechanics, pre-season movement screening, Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) load tracking, athletic workplace ergonomics, protective equipment impact physics, and a complete 8-Section Injury Prevention Plan.

Twelve advanced analytical modules covering the 5x5 Risk Matrix, Daily Safety Walks, Hazard Analysis (HA) before Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), 5 Whys Root Cause Analysis, 16-section GHS Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, Athlete Exposure safety dashboards, courtroom documentation standards, and a 7-Tab OSHA Inspection-Ready Binder.

DAS-5: Driving Effective Change in Sport Safety
30 Hours / 3.0 CEUsInstructor Led Live Online
The executive capstone course. Twelve modules covering board and parent communication, persuasive safety data presentations, stakeholder coalition building, managing coach pushback, writing policy that survives turnover, OSHA regulatory engagement, staff training design, safety budgeting and ROI, transition planning, and the completed Executive DAS Leadership Portfolio.
